Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of JC Jackson Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services Provided

JC Jackson Concrete provides professional concrete installation, repair, and replacement services for residential and commercial properties in Jackson, MS and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Foundation and slab work
• Stamped and decorative concrete
• Concrete repair and replacement
• Sidewalks and walkways
• Commercial concrete services
• Retaining walls and masonry

Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions discovered during the project. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with the work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe. However, weather conditions, unforeseen site issues, or material availability may affect project timelines. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize disruptions to your schedule.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear over time.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and providing accurate information about your property. You must also obtain any necessary permits or homeowner association approvals before work begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to charges for work completed and materials ordered.

Liability

JC Jackson Concrete carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked or disclosed. We are not liable for issues arising from pre-existing conditions not visible during inspection.

Dispute Resolution

If any disputes arise regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the matter. We are committed to finding fair solutions for all parties involved.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
